Coastal Ventures was established in 2010 for undertaking coastal projects in the Maldives. However, with the halt of its first project, Fainu Harbour, the company malfunctioned. It was recently restructured with the technical team at Sandcays joining its former shareholders and Sandcays also becoming a shareholder adding to its profile the projects undertaken by Sandcays.
